Supporting adults through life’s changes with compassion and clarity.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting adults, children, and families across a variety of settings- including schools, primary care clinics, and private practice. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection, and I am passionate about helping clients move through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

I specialize in supporting women who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma, stress in relationships, parenting struggles, and the pressures of work and family life. I also work closely with parents in understanding and connecting with their children, whether they’re navigating school issues, behavior concerns, or developmental changes. As a parent and a member of the “sandwich generation” I have lived the experience of taking care of multiple generations at once, and know first hand the stress, anxiety, and burnout it can bring.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical strategies that help you move forward. I can see you wherever you are in New York State, whether in person or on-line.
