  • You've been strong for so long. Therapy is where you finally get to put it down.

Whether you're recovering from narcissistic abuse, navigating divorce, or trying to untangle yourself from a toxic relationship, therapy offers something most people in your situation rarely get — a space that is entirely yours. No managing other people's feelings. No performing. Just honest, supported work toward healing.

I offer trauma-informed therapy using somatic, CBT, and AEDP approaches, tailored to how your nervous system works and what your life actually looks like. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth.

    Narcissistic abuse recovery

You may be questioning your own memory, your instincts, even your sense of reality. That confusion is a direct result of what you experienced — not a flaw in you. Together we work to rebuild clarity, process the trauma held in your body, and help you trust yourself again.

    Toxic relationship recovery

Leaving is often just the beginning. Therapy helps you understand the patterns that kept you in the relationship, process the grief and anger that come after, and build the self-trust you need to move forward differently.

    Divorce & relationship transitions

Divorce is one of the most disorienting experiences a person can go through — even when it's the right decision. We create space for the grief, the relief, the fear, and the uncertainty, while building the emotional steadiness to carry you through it.

    Anxiety, guilt & shame

When you've been in a high-stress or abusive relationship, anxiety doesn't just go away when the relationship ends. We work somatically and cognitively to help you regulate your nervous system, quiet the inner critic, and finally feel safe in your own skin.

    My Approach

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real conversation. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — your therapy is shaped around you, your history, your goals, and what actually feels helpful.

I draw on attachment-based and relational approaches, meaning we pay attention not just to what's happening in your life, but to the deeper patterns in how you relate to yourself and others. Much of who we are was shaped long before we had words for it, and understanding those roots can be genuinely freeing.

You can expect me to be direct but gentle, curious rather than prescriptive, and always in your corner — even when the work gets hard.

    What Therapy Actually Looks Like

Sessions are 55 minutes and typically held weekly, especially early on when we're building momentum and getting to know each other. Over time, we'll check in on your goals, adjust our focus as things shift, and celebrate the progress that can be easy to miss when you're in the middle of it.

  • You can't pour from an empty cup — but you also can't wait until it's full to show up for your kids.

Parenting through divorce, co-parenting conflict, or the aftermath of a toxic relationship is one of the hardest things a person can do. You're managing your own healing while trying to be emotionally present, set consistent boundaries, and protect your children from the fallout — often without much support.

This 12-week parent coaching program gives you a structured, practical path forward. We work on the real stuff: your goals, your specific challenges, and the strategies that actually fit your family.

What the 12 weeks look like

    Weeks 1–2

Foundation & goal setting. We identify what's working, what isn't, and what you most want to change. You leave with a clear, personalized roadmap for the next 10 weeks.

    Weeks 3–5

Understanding your child's experience. We explore how your family situation is affecting your kids developmentally and emotionally, and how to open communication with them in age-appropriate ways.

    Weeks 6–8

Practical strategies & tools. Boundary-setting with a difficult co-parent, managing conflict in front of children, building routines that create stability — concrete tools you can use immediately.

    Weeks 9–10

Resources & support systems. We map out the resources available to you — legal, community, educational — and build a support structure that extends beyond our sessions.

    Weeks 11–12

Integration & next steps. We review your progress, reinforce what's working, and create a sustainable plan so you can keep moving forward with confidence after the program ends.

    WHY IT'S WORTH IT

This isn't just another parenting book or online course.

At $133 per session, this program is personalized, one-on-one coaching with a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in exactly what you're going through. You're not getting generic advice — you're getting someone who understands the psychological dynamics of narcissistic abuse, high-conflict divorce, and co-parenting trauma, and who will tailor every session to your family's specific situation.

The cost of not getting support is higher than you think.

Research consistently shows that children whose parents receive coaching or therapy during high-conflict divorces experience fewer long-term emotional and behavioral difficulties. The ripple effects of this work extend far beyond the 12 weeks — to your kids' sense of security, their ability to trust relationships, and their emotional development for years to come.

You've already been paying a different kind of price.

Sleepless nights. The mental load of managing an impossible co-parenting situation alone. The guilt of feeling like you're not showing up the way you want to. This program doesn't add to your burden — it's designed to lift it, with structure, support, and someone firmly in your corner.

Think of it this way: 12 weeks of focused work now can prevent years of reactive parenting, strained relationships with your children, and ongoing stress that affects every area of your life.

Flexible enough to fit your life.

Sessions are available via telehealth so you don't have to rearrange your schedule around childcare or commuting. Payment plans mean you can start now rather than waiting until the timing feels perfect — because when you're in survival mode, that moment rarely comes on its own.

  • Comprehensive immigration evaluations from a licensed mental health counselor.

An immigration evaluation can be one of the most important documents in your case. I provide thorough, compassionate psychological evaluations that give your attorney the clinical foundation they need to tell your full story — and give you the best possible chance at a favorable outcome.

All evaluations are conducted with sensitivity to the trauma, stress, and cultural context that immigrants and their families carry. I work closely with immigration attorneys to ensure each evaluation meets the evidentiary standards required by USCIS and immigration courts.

    Hardship evaluations (I-601 / I-601A)

For individuals seeking a waiver of unlawful presence or other inadmissibility grounds, a hardship evaluation documents the extreme hardship that deportation or separation would cause to a qualifying U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family member. I assess psychological, emotional, and functional impact in detail.

    VAWA evaluations

For survivors of abuse by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse or parent, a VAWA evaluation provides clinical documentation of the abuse, its psychological impact, and the survivor's credibility and trauma history. These evaluations are handled with the highest degree of care and confidentiality.

    T visa & U visa evaluations

T visas support survivors of human trafficking; U visas support survivors of qualifying crimes who have cooperated with law enforcement. These evaluations document the trauma experienced, ongoing psychological effects, and how the individual meets the clinical criteria required for the visa application.

Evaluations include a clinical interview, review of supporting documentation, and a comprehensive written report. Turnaround times discussed at intake. Attorney coordination available upon request.

Attorneys: I welcome referrals and am happy to discuss case-specific requirements before scheduling.

    Evaluation and written report: $900
