You don't have to hit rock bottom to reach out. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like something in your life just isn't working, that's enough. Therapy isn't reserved for crisis. It's for anyone who's ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, and start feeling like themselves again.

The first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. We'll talk about what brought you in, a bit about your background, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, that's what we're here for.

Every client is different, so sessions are tailored to you. We might explore patterns from your past, work through what's showing up in your relationships or daily life, or use body-based techniques to reach what words alone can't. Sessions draw from AEDP, psychodynamic, somatic experiencing, and CBT. We go as deep as you need, at a pace that feels safe.

The relationship between you and your therapist is one of the strongest predictors of real change. If something doesn't feel right, say so. That conversation is welcome here. And if you need a different fit entirely, I'll support you in finding it. Your healing matters more than anything else.
